Regarding all the public hearings for the Feb 22nd meeting, construction should be limited from 8am to 6pm as all these construction sites are near residences. The noise of constant construction in Langford is making this community a very stressful place to be. The fact that banging and beeping starts at 7am when the average person is getting up and getting ready for their day is not necessary. Most jobs do not start at 7am. There is a simple thing that council can do to improve the situation. I know council is considering changes to the noise bylaws that will be very helpful. Please make an 8am start time one of the changes.
