Mayor Young called the meeting to order at 5:39 pm.
2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

THAT Council amend the agenda with the removal of all items except 5.1 to 5.5.
Motion CARRIED.
5. PUBLIC HEARINGS
5.1 BYLAW NO. 2009
The Mayor opened the Public Hearing for Bylaw No. 2009 at 5:42 pm.

That Council adjourn the Public Hearing for Bylaw No. 2009 at 5:42 pm to Wednesday November 17, 2021, at 5:30 pm to be held in City Hall Council Chambers. The public will be able to attend via zoom using the same meeting ID number. Details will be on the website.
