### 1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Young called the meeting to order at 3:37 pm.

### 2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
MOVED BY: WADE  
SECONDED: BLACKWELL

THAT Council approve the agenda as presented.  
Motion CARRIED.

### 3. IN-CAMERA RESOLUTION
MOVED BY: BLACKWELL  
SECONDED: WADE

THAT Council close the meeting to the public pursuant to section 90 (1) k and 2 (b) of the Community Charter to consider:
- negotiations and related discussions respecting the proposed provision of a municipal service that are at their preliminary stages and that, in the view of the council, could reasonably be expected to harm the interests of the municipality if they were held in public.
- information relating to negotiations between the municipality and the federal or provincial government and a third party
