Re: Anders Road signage and parking permits

Hello Michelle,

As per our email conversations we would like to proceed with actions to be brought forward to the
next committee meeting in September.

This is in regard to the amount of excess traffic (foot and car) due to new apartments that have been erected over
the past year and a half.

Our cul de sac should not be used as the main artery to the lake or as overnight parking for apartment’s
residences.
Nor should it be used by big rigs trying to navigate through to the apartments.
We understand the draw of the lake but we have never experienced anything like this before.
The amount of garbage and feces plus the parties that go on down by the lake at the weekends needs to stop.
Anders Road has become the toilet of people who do not take reasonability for their pets.
Pictures have been sent in previously.
There is also the amount of cigarette butts that have been found near and on tinder dry grass as they
pose a high risk for fire. Also note that there is one car that continually blocks the fire hydrant so it would be of no
use
if a grass or any other fire should one break out. ( Bylaw officers have been contacted on this but to no avail)

Attached is a signed list from the people on Anders cul de sac that leads down to Glen Lake.
We are asking that there is to be no cost to residents on Ander Road for this request should it
be approved.
Signage stating residential parking only and for parking permits per household.

Thank you, for all your assistance in this matter.
It has been greatly appreciated.
