The eastern portion of the property falls within the Agricultural Land Reserve (ALR) which will require that portion of the site to have an OCP amendment to Agricultural. The purpose of Bylaw No. 1897 is to amend the City of Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300 by amending the text of the RR4 (Rural Residential 4) Zone to allow a truck terminal facility at 2981 and 2985 Awsworth Rd. ### Applicant Susan Gale Wilson ### Public Hearing Purpose and Procedure The Public Hearing is not an information session and Council will not answer questions about the proposal or proposed bylaw(s) except to provide clarification. The purpose of the Public Hearing is for Council to hear the views and opinions of those members of the public who wish to make comments.
