### A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300, “LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

A.
Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:

1. By adding the following in Sec. 6.53B.01 after subsection 6.53B.01(29) and renumbering subsequent subsections accordingly:

“Further Commercial Uses

On property legally described as LOT C SECTION 112A ESQUIMALT DISTRICT PLAN EPP88774 (830 McCallum Rd) the following uses are also permitted:
(30) Contractor Services;
(31) Industrial Use, Light;
(32) Special Wholesale;
(33) Warehouse;

On property legally described as Lot G and Lot H, Sections 112 and 112A ESQUIMALT DISTRICT PLAN EPP88774 (2371 City Gate Boulevard and 780 McCallum Road) the following uses are also permitted:
(34) Automobile rental and sale, minor”

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 619, (780 & 830 McCallum Rd, 2371 City Gate Boulevard), Bylaw No. 1961, 2021".
