Subject: Redevelopment at 2716 -2720 Strathmore Rd.
Date: Monday, January 11, 2021 4:30:43 PM

City Of Langford

I’m writing in regards to the redevelopment on 2712 and 2720 Strathmore Rd . and the adjustments on the interior side setback from 3.0 -0.60 m.
My husband and I have lived at
 for the past
and feel our ablity to continue to live here has already been compromised too much. We are now going to have a six story building with sixteen balconies overlooking
 and losing
. Now you want us to accept a two foot setback , where does it end?
As long time Langford residence we’re hoping you can understand how upsetting this is for us and hope you will not allow the developer to change the setback.
