BYLAW NO. 1888 - Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 584 (4342 West Shore Pkwy and 1324 Langshire Rd), Bylaw No. 1888, 2020
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
A. Amendments to Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999
By deleting the following text within Subsection 6.63A.01:
“(18) Gravel and aggregate processing and sale;”
By deleting from the RS4 (Residential Small Lot 4) Zone and adding to the BP2A (Business Park 2A) Zone the property legally described as Lot 1, Section 87, Metchosin District Plan EPP77125, PID No. 030-643-236 (4342 West Shore Pkwy) in the portions as shown shaded on Plan No. 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.
By deleting from the RR4 (Rural Residential 4) Zone and adding to the BP2A (Business Park 2A) Zone, the property legally described as LOT 3 Section 87 Metchosin District Plan EPP74393, PID No. 001-138-146 (1324 Langshire Road)
B. Citation
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 584, (4342 West Shore Pkwy and 1324 Langshire Rd), Bylaw No. 1888, 2020".
