BYLAW NO. 1887
A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 1200,
“LANGFORD OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN BYLAW, 2008"
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
A. Langford Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1200, 2008 is amended as follows:
- By deleting from the Hillsdie or Shoreline designation and adding to the Business or Light Industrial Centre designation the property legally described as Lot 3 SECTION 87 Metchosin District Plan In Part EPP74393, PID 001-138-146 (1324 Langshire Road) and Lot 1 Section 87 Metchosin District Plan EPP74393, PID 030-643-236 (4342 West Shore Parkway) and shown shaded on Plan No. 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw;
B.
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Official Community Plan Bylaw, Amendment No. 35, (4342 West Shore Pkwy and 1324 Langshire Rd), Bylaw No. 1887, 2020".
