### PRESENT

Mayor S. Young; Councillors: D. Blackwell (remote by telephone), M. Sahlstrom, and L. Szpak (remote by telephone).

### ATTENDING

Director of Corporate Services, B. Hutchins; Manager of Bylaw Enforcement, L. Fletcher (remote by telephone); and IT Systems Administrator, B. Agland.

### 1. CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Young called the meeting to order at 1:20 pm.

b) BYLAW NO. 1899

(FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD READINGS)

That Council give Bylaw 1899 first, second and third readings.
