- Director of Corporate Services, B. Hutchins; Manager of Bylaw Enforcement, L. Fletcher (remote by telephone); and ITSystems Administrator, B.Agland.

1. CALL TO ORDER  
Mayor Young called the meeting to order at 1:20 pm.
