That Council direct staff to prepare notices of Council’s intention to consider issuance of a Temporary Use Permit TUP19-0009 to the Insurance Corporation of B.C. and Western Speedway 1966 LTD. to operate a driver training and testing facility at 2207 Millstream Road subject to the terms of the TUP.
