## COMMENTS

### DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
The applicant would like to operate a driver training for Semi-Trailers and Motorcycles on the subject property. The property is currently zoned CR1, which allows for outdoor recreation including but not limited to automobile and motorcycle racing, and go-karting. The proposal includes uses related to the operation of motor vehicles and will not inhibit the ability of existing uses to operate with the subject property.

Staff have discussed the Temporary Use Permit with the Bylaw and Fire departments and neither departments offered any objections or comments regarding the proposed use.

The Local Government Act also allows a temporary use permit to be extended for an additional three years.
