1. CALL TO ORDER

The Chair called the meeting to order at 4:45 p.m.

2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

That the Administration and Finance Committee approve the Agenda as presented.

3. ADOPTION OF THE MINUTES

a) Administration and Finance Committee Meeting – January 29, 2019

That the Administration and Finance Committee approve the Minutes of the meeting held on January 29th, 2019.

4. IN CAMERA RESOLUTION

a) That it is the opinion of the Administration and Finance Committee that the public interest require that persons other than members of the Administration and Finance Committee and Officers be excluded from the meeting to consider confidential information regarding:

Discussions with municipal officers and employees respecting municipal objectives, measures and progress reports for the purposes of preparing an annual report under section 98 [annual municipal report] under section 90 (1) (l)

b) That the Administration and Finance Committee continue the meeting in closed session.
