Staff Report (Planning)

That the Planning, Zoning and Affordable Housing Committee Recommend to Council: That Council:

  1. Direct staff to prepare notices of Council’s intention to consider issuance of a Temporary Use Permit TUP19-0001 to Clarity Cannabis BC Ltd. for a Cannabis Retail Store at #101 – 693 Hoffman Avenue subject to the terms and conditions in the TUP as drafted.
