Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows: 1. By amending the text of the C10 (Langford City Centre) Zone by adding the following text as Section 6.54.01(1)(l) and renumbering the subsequent sections accordingly: “group day care with a maximum capacity of 100 children on the property legally described as Lot 1, Section 75, Esquimalt District, Plan EPP75724, PID No. 030-357-951, (3030 Merchant Way)” ### B.
