The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:10p.m.

4. REPORTS
a) Application for Development Variance Permit to reduce the interior side yard setback from the required 2,4 to 1.5 m at 1900 Bear Mountain Parkway - Staff Report (Planning)

That Council:
- Proceed with consideration of the following variances for 1900 Bear Mountain Parkway:
a) That Section 6.95A.09(1)(c) of Zoning Bylaw No. 300 be varied to reduce the interior side yard setback from the required 2.4 m to 1.5 m.

5. BYLAWS
a) BYLAW NO. 1797
"Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 543, (Revision Bylaw No. 1 - Bear Mountain Zones), 2018".
