Amendments to Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 1. By deleting from the AG1 (Agriculture 1) and adding to the RS4 (Residential Small Lot 4) Zone the property legally described as Lot 1, Section 70, Metchosin District, Plan VIP56431 Except Plan EPP63057 (734 Latoria Rd) and shown shaded on Plan No. 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw. 2.
