## BYLAW NO. 1769

A BYLAW TO IMPOSE DEVELOPMENT COST CHARGES.

### Enactment
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

A. City of Langford Development Cost Charge Bylaw No. 1700, 2017 is amended by removing Section 8 Rate Reductions in its entirety.

B. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as " City of Langford Development Cost Charge Bylaw No. 1700, Amendment No. 1, 2018".
