At their Regular Meeting of 16 April 2018, Council passed the following resolution with respect to the properties within Areas 2, 3 and 5 within Schedule “O2” of the CD6A, Comprehensive Development-Bear Mountain, Zone

That Council:

Give First Reading to Bylaw No. 1768 as drafted.

COMMENTS

As there were no other conditions placed on the adoption of Bylaw No. 1768, Council may wish to give Bylaw No. 1768 fourth and final reading.

A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300,
“LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

A. Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:

1. By deleting Schedule 02 and replacing it with the map set out in Schedule A.

B. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 528, (1450 Grand Forest Cl and 1950 Bear Mountain Pkwy), 2018".
