As part of this application, a public hearing is required in accordance with the regulations of the Local Government Act. In support of this application, the applicant has agreed to provide the following items prior to Public Hearing:
- A detailed site plan illustrating two routes for access to and egress from the site;
- A stormwater management plan; and
- Confirmation of adequate water, fire flow and sanitary sewer capacities to serve the proposed development; and
The applicant has submitted the required access plan, and a Servicing Feasibility Study to the satisfaction of the Director of Engineering (it should be noted that the study has been approved for conceptual stormwater management only, all other servicing is subject to detailed design approval. Detailed stormwater calculations will be required during site servicing and will be subject to further approvals by the City).
The applicant has also agreed to provide a Section 219 Covenant, prior to Bylaw Adoption, addressing frontage improvements, stormwater management, water supply, road access to adjacent properties, local service agreements and firefighting provisions.
