### CITY OF LANGFORD

A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300, “LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

### A. Amendments to Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999

1. By deleting from the RS1 (Residential Small Lot 1) Zone the following text from Section 6.23.05(2) “The gross floor area of a dwelling must not exceed 200 m2 (2 150 ft2)”;

2. By deleting from the R2 (One- and Two-Family Residential) Zone and adding to RS1 (Residential Small Lot 1) Zone the property legally described as LOT A, SECTION 109, ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN 20731, PID No. 000-424-391 (681 Rockingham Rd) in the portions as shown shaded on Plan No. 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.

3. By adding the following to Table 1 of Schedule AD:
