Subject:

Bylaw No. 1759 – Road Closure Un Named Stub off of West Shore Parkway

Background

During the original subdivision of the Glenshire Industrial Park a small stub road access was provided from West Shore Parkway generally north/northwest to lands beyond.

Commentary

Subsequent to the completion of the West Shore Parkway in 2017, the un named stub road was re-aligned slightly south of its current location and is now proposed in a new location.

This bylaw is proposed to close the existing stub road to enable the new stub road to be dedicatd.

Financial Implications

There are no financial implications to closing this stub road. A new stub road will be dedicated of similar value to the existing stub road.

Legal Implications

Public notifications of the proposed road closure will be provided.
