To whom it may concern:
The main concern I have for the development of this property is the parking issues. I totally understand the reasoning behind small lots, but when suites are also allowed, parking becomes a major issue. Rockingham has parking issues already, so it would be beneficial to all to address this issue at the beginning of the process.
