Amendments to Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 1. By amending the text of “Area 2” of the CD6 (Comprehensive Development 6 – Bear Mountain) Zone by adding the following to Section 6.95.01(2) of Zoning Bylaw No. 300: “Townhouses on the property legally described as Lot 2, Section 1, Range 4W, Highland District, Plan VIP83411 (See Plan as to limited access), PID No. 027-170-829 (2500 Echo Valley Rd), subject to Section 6.95.04(9). 2. By adding the following as Section 6.95.04(9): “Townhouses on the property legally described as Lot 2, Section 1, Range 4W, Highland District, Plan VIP83411 (See Plan as to limited access), PID No. 027-170-829 (2500 Echo Valley Rd) may be developed to a maximum density of 50 dwelling units per hectare (20 dwelling units per acre). ### B.
