BYLAW NO. 1720 - Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 494 (3343, 3347 & 3359 Luxton Rd), 2017
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
A. Amendments to Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999
By replacing 6.31A.04 with, “Lot coverage of all buildings and structures may not exceed 40%.”
By replacing 6.31A.05(1) with, “No building or structure may exceed a height of 3 storeys.”
By deleting from the RR2 (Rural Residential 2) Zone and adding to RS2 (Residential Small Lot 2) and RM2A (Attached Housing) Zones the property legally described as LOT 24, BLOCK 3, DISTRICT LOT 87, METCHOSIN DISTRICT, PLAN 1718, PID No. 007-069-251 (3343 Luxton Rd); LOT 23, BLOCK 3, SECTION 87, METCHOSIN DISTRICT, PLAN 1718, PID No. 007-069-201; LOT 22, BLOCK 3, SECTION 87, METCHOSIN DISTRICT, PLAN 1718, PID No. 007-069-189 (3359 Luxton Rd) in the portions as shown shaded on Plan No. 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.
By adding the following to Table 1 of Schedule AD:
