### 1. Application to Amend the Text of the R2 (One- and Two-Family Residential) Zone to allow a Secondary Suite in an Accessory Building at 3039 Glen Lake Road

- Staff Report (Planning Z17-0003)

That Council:

Direct staff to prepare a bylaw to amend the zone of the property located at 3039 Glen Lake Road by:

a) Adding the following to the list of permitted uses in Section 6.21.01 “Secondary Suite
in an Accessory Building, on the land legally described as LOT 1, SECTION 87,
ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN 32572, PID 000-159-697 (3039 Glen Lake Road).
