Currently in Langford, Land Development & Subdivision Coordinator Brent Molnar is the Approving Officer, while Land Development Technicians’ Daryl Minifie, James Oliver and Robert Dykstra act as Deputy Approving Officers. Due to the resignation of Mr. Molnar, appointment of a new Approving Officer is required. ### Options Option 1: That Deputy Director of Planning Leah Stohmann be appointed as Approving Officer effective March 20th, 2017, and that Land Development Technicians’ Daryl Minifie, James Oliver and Robert Dykstra remain as Deputy Approving Officers.
