This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “City Centre Park Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 1203, 2008, Amendment No. 1, 2016”. ### Imposition of Fees and Charges 2. The Council hereby authorizes and imposes the fees and charges for use of the services and facilities at City Centre Park in the amounts set out in Schedule “A” to this Bylaw. 3. The fees and charges established under this Bylaw shall come into effect on July 1, 2016. 4. That the fees automatically be increased annually based on the annual tax increase of the City of Langford; all increase of revenue to be the City of Langford READ A FIRST TIME this 15th day of August, 2016.
