BYLAW NO. 1602 - Langford Speed Limit Bylaw, Amendment No. 4, Bylaw No. 1602, 2016

A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 1175

“A BYLAW TO REGULATE VEHICLULAR SPEED IN THE CITY OF LANGFORD”

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, enacts the following:

1. Bylaw No. 1175 “A Bylaw to Regulate Vehicular Speed in the City of Langford” is amended as follows:

i. ADD TO SECTION 1:

• Leigh Road – 40km/hr (from Costin Avenue, south of Goldstream Avenue, through the intersection, to the ambulance station, north of Goldstream Avenue at 2764 Leigh Road);

ii. REMOVE FROM SECTION 1:

• McCallum Road 30km/hr (from Florence Lake Road to 1010 McCallum Road)

iii. REPLACE Schedule “A” with the attached Schedule “A”, which incorporates the above.

2. This Bylaw may be cited as “Langford Speed Limit Bylaw, Amendment No. 4, Bylaw No. 1602, 2016”.

READ A THIRD TIME this 7th day of March, 2016.
