a) That it is the opinion of Council that the public interest requires that persons other than members of Council, Officers, Hugh MacDonald, Chair, Langford Economic Development Committee and Dale Gann, Director Business Development Ecoasis Developments LLP, be excluded from the meeting to consider confidential information regarding Personnel, Property Acquisition, Legal Matters and New Service under 90 (1) (e) & (k) of the Community Charter.  
b) That Council continues the meeting in closed session.
