Rental housing tax exemption program

The program offers property-tax exemptions to encourage apartment rental construction in a defined area; eligible buildings must have at least 10 units and total floor area at least equal to lot area. Exemptions can last up to 10 years, and a housing agreement must keep the property as rental housing for at least 10 years.
