Temporary park shelter rules

Adopted

The amendment allows temporary overnight shelters in parks only when no accessible overnight shelter is available. Shelters must be put up after 7 p.m., removed before 9 a.m. and kept at least 10 metres from specified park features; enforcement and removal rules also apply.
