Building permit fee schedule

Building Bylaw

Building work in Langford—from new construction and alterations to demolition, repairs and changes in occupancy—is subject to this bylaw’s rules on permits, owner responsibilities, inspections and compliance. Its sections also cover site services and access, pools, professional review, energy requirements, offences and penalties; appendices provide permit-fee schedules and technical drawings.
