Westhills zoning amendments

Proposed changes would revise zoning rules for Westhills’ remaining undeveloped lands, update its development agreement and establish a parkland dedication agreement. The proposal includes a commitment to transfer at least 35 acres for parkland, including a rock-climbing area.

    Westhills zoning changes

    The bylaw would revise zoning rules and maps for the Westhills CD3 area, including the remaining properties. Changes are intended to accommodate residential, commercial and light-industrial uses and revise permitted uses and regulations.
