BYLAW NO. 2096 
 
A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300,  
“LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999" 
  
 
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows: 
 
A. Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows: 
 
1. By adding the following as Section 6.95A.03(4) and renumbering subsequent sections accordingly: 
 
“(3) Despite Article 6.95A.03(3), the density of townhouses may not exceed one dwelling unit per 214 m2 
(2,314.2 ft2) of lot area on the property legally described as LOT A  SECTION 82  HIGHLAND DISTRICT  PLAN 
VIP81958 EXCEPT PART IN PLAN EPP42751 (2089 Champion’s Way).” 
 
B. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 690, (2089 
Champions Way) Bylaw No. 2096, 2022".
