A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300,  
“LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999" 
  
 
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows: 
 
A. Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows: 
 
1. By adding the following as article 6.92.01(1)(s) and renumbering subsequent articles accordingly: 
 
“Group daycare with a maximum capacity of 53 children, on the property legally described as LOT 1  
SECTIONS 86 AND 87  ESQUIMALT DISTRICT  PLAN EPP108149, PID No. 031-325-513 (1331 Westhills 
Drive)” 
 
 
B. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 710 (Text 
Amendment to Increase Daycare Capacity), Bylaw No. 2154, 2024".
